Covid-19 Update: We are hitting pause

Following the Prime Minister’s statement on Monday 23rd March and having sought Government clarification on Tuesday as to whether Ideal Bathrooms could continue to operate in line with new government guidelines we opened on Wednesday to fulfil essential existing customer requirements. We have now completed this process and as a result Ideal Bathrooms will now temporarily close all warehouses and offices from close of business on Friday 27th March.
We apologise for any disruption this may cause but we have a duty of care to the safety, wellbeing and health of our colleagues and acknowledge that the majority of you, our customers, have also taken the decision to close and safeguard the wider community.
We have a fully functioning sales and senior management team working remotely, as well as a number of remote working staff across functions, in addition the following company inboxes will be in use and responded to: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].
In addition, you will still be able to place orders via your online trade login during our period of closure and all orders will be delivered when we re-open. You will still be able to check stock, access in depth product information and view your account information such as invoices, account balance and previous orders.
