Since the website launched in May 2017, we have made lots of changes and enriched our customers experiences by providing many facilities and features, such as the stock check tool, high quality product data within different ranges, 24/7 ordering via our quick order form, pdf invoice capabilities, order status updates, showroom profiles and much more.
- We have had over 100,000 product searches through our stock check tool
- We have had over 18,000 orders through out quick order form
- As our website is 24/7 capable, 786 out of hours orders have been placed
- 1800 registered customers now have full access to all our great features online, including our showroom locator
- The website's success has meant we've seen a 27% reduction of calls into
our sales office

A suite builder facility will be available this year allowing customers to create their own suites visually on the website

Implementing Route Monkey technology will mean website users will have access to view their live order status, customers will be given a two-hour delivery slot and electronic PODs will be available online
